Complete a decision in principle form
You can submit a decision in principle request using our online submission process. Completing our online form is quick and easy, just click the relevant button below and then enter your clients details into the form. If you have any documents to support your request, these can be added using the attachment button in the additional information section of the form.
When you've completed the form enter your electronic signature and click 'Finish' to send your request. You're then able to save a copy of the form with all the information you've entered for your own records.
We'll email you directly with our initial lending decision and, if your request is approved, include a link to our online application form for you to complete the process.
When you submit your request you'll need to provide your clients with a copy of our Privacy Notice. You can download a copy from our Privacy Notice page.

Or, if you prefer, you can download our paper-based pdf decision in principle forms to complete at your convenience using the links below. When you've completed the form, just sign it then scan and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you complete a paper-based decision in principle however, you will not be able to proceed using our online application form. We'll require a full paper-based application to be submitted.
We aim to reply to all decision in principle submissions within 24 hours, so you can find out whether your clients fit our criteria.
