Current list of Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Countries/Transparency International Corruption Perceptions Index (Score of more than 35)
As of the 18th of January 2021, the FATF currently comprises 37 member jurisdictions and 2 regional organizations, representing most major financial centres in all parts of the globe.
Additionally, the below list comprises of those nations/jurisdictions that have also scored more than 35 on the most recent Transparency International Corruption Perceptions Index (scores how corrupt a country’s public sector is perceived by experts).

June 2021- Although a member of the EU, Malta has been added to FATF’s grey list of those countries deemed to have deficiencies in their AML systems and controls. The Society will not consider applications for its Ex-Pat customers living in this jurisdiction until suitable guidance is provided.
**Co-operation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC)*
March 2022 - Although a member of the GCC, the United Arab Emirates has been added to the FATF's grey list of those countries deemed to deficiencies in their AML systems and controls. The Society will not consider applications for it's Ex-Pat customers living in this jurisdiction until suitable guidance is provided.
