Our Chief Executive is preparing for three charity bike rides spanning 400 miles to raise much needed funds for our nominated charity, Alzheimer's Society.

Richard Newton is taking part in a 200-mile London to Paris Bike ride from 7 to 9 July and three weeks later is participating in the Prudential Ride London - Surrey 100. The 100-mile ride starts at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, goes through the capital, before finishing on The Mall. His third ride is closer to home at Velo Birmingham on 24 September with a 100-mile route passing through Worcestershire and Herefordshire.

Richard says: "The rides will challenging but I'm determined to raise as much money as possible for Alzheimer's Society, our nominated staff charity for this year."

Alzheimer's Society, the UK’s leading dementia support and research charity, funds research into the cause, care, cure and prevention of all types of dementia. Anyone who would like to support Richard can do so by visiting his Just Giving page at www.justgiving.com/fundraising/Richard-Newton5
