We have invested in supporting brokers with key appointment and staff promotion

We today announce a key appointment to its broker facing team, which reflects the successful growth of the Society and its commitment to supporting brokers.

Debbie Holmes has been appointed Business Development Manager, with the responsibility of supporting brokers within the West Midlands . Debbie has worked closely with brokers for the past 10 years with experience at the Coventry Building Society and in her latest role as Business Development Manager at the Earl Shilton Building Society.

We have also promoted Joanna Ridgway to Key Account Manager. Joanna joined the Tipton in 2020 from specialist mortgage lender Pepper Money UK an has been a great asset to the Society

Jason Newsway, Director of Sales & Marketing at the Tipton said: “Debbie will be a great addition to our team at the Tipton. She has a strong experience of working closely with brokers and joins us at an important time in our journey as we look to strengthen the business support functions. We are focusing on adding benefit and offering significant value to our brokers. We are also delighted to announce the promotion of Joanna. which is another example of us investing in our people and helping them to develop their careers with the Society.’
