Members who voted at our AGM last month helped raise hundreds of pounds for a number of Black Country charities.
For every online, branch and postal AGM vote received, we pledged to donate money to our Charitable Foundation. Over 3,200 votes were cast, meaning we will award close on £700 to the Foundation to help local concerns continue their work across the region.
Members were also asked to complete a customer satisfaction survey. Over 90% of respondents said they'd be very likely or likely to recommend us to a friend and over 85% of members rated the service they receive as excellent or very good.
