Accord Legal Services forms partnership with The Tipton

Tipton and Coseley Building Society has formed a partnership with Accord Legal Services, to provide its members with access to independent advice on wills, trusts and powers of attorney.

Accord Legal Services use the skills of qualified legal professionals, financial advisors and specialist trust experts to provide a range of estate planning, asset protection and trust solutions which are not openly available on the High Street.

Members of The Tipton can book a free initial consultation with Derek Dickson, a Will Writing and Legal Services Consultant.

Derek comments, “Making a will is not something that many of us like to think about. We assume that everything automatically passes down to those we love, but sadly this is not the case. Without professional advice and specialist planning for the future, your estate may not pass in the way you thought, leaving your family with nothing but a headache and substantial legal fees.”

Derek is available for appointments at any of The Tipton’s four branches, located in Tipton, Coseley, Bilston and Sedgley. Alternatively, if member’s need a home visit outside of the normal working week, evening and weekend appointments can also be arranged.
